Since 2013, I’ve had the privilege of working with children across ages, cultures, and countries, and one truth remains constant: every child wants to be seen, heard, and celebrated. My work brings together structure and imagination—discipline and play—creating safe, joyful spaces where children can explore who they are and who they might become. They taught me how to listen, imagine, and speak—even when my voice felt unsure. Years later, after time spent in boardrooms and training rooms, I followed those stories home.
