I’m Neel Jarial Sharma—an educator by training, a storyteller by calling, and a theatre director by passion.

With a Master’s degree in Human Resources from IMT Ghaziabad and over 15 years in the corporate world, I eventually followed my heart back to stories—the ones that spark imagination, build confidence, and stay with us long after childhood.

Since 2013, I’ve been working with children aged 2 to 16, using storytelling, theatre, voice, and movement to help them discover expression, presence, and confidence—sometimes quite literally finding their voice. My work includes directing multiple children’s theatre productions, training teachers across leading schools in Delhi, and conducting storytelling and theatre workshops in India and internationally, including the USA, UK, France, and Dubai. I’ve also worked as a voice and dialogue delivery coach, blending performance with precision.

Through The Magic of Books, I believe stories are more than entertainment—they are powerful tools for empathy, self-expression, and confidence-building. My work lives at the intersection of structure and imagination, where discipline meets play, and every child is given the space to be heard, seen, and celebrated.
